The Myconid Sovereign and Sprouts from Nolzur's Marvelous Miniatures Wave 16 represent fungal creatures that thrive in the underdark of Dungeons & Dragons worlds. For the Sovereign, you can use various earthy and fungal tones like browns, greens, and oranges to depict the diversity of fungi. Use washes to add shading around the gills and under the cap, and dry brushing can highlight the textures of the mycelium and cap.

For the sprouts, similar fungal tones can be applied but with lighter or different colors to distinguish them from the Sovereign, hinting at their younger age. Adding specks of brighter colors can simulate spores or bioluminescence.

You could enhance the base with mushrooms or patches of moss to give them a more immersive setting within an underground forest or cavern.
